Coach Lee’s signature 12-week program teaches a simple 3 step process to making lasting social connections.

By the end of this program you’ll:

✔Be able to clearly identify who belongs in your social circle and who doesn’t.

✔Be intentional about getting to places where there are people that you will want to meet (who want to meet you too).

✔Know how to start conversations with strangers and steer them towards topics that are interesting and important to you.

Every week, you, me and a group of your peers support each other in reaching your relationship goals. 

Below you'll find general guidelines and answers to frequently asked questions.

 
 

✔ Personal Goal Settings Call

As a member of the group coaching program, you'll receive a 60 minute one on one Personal Goals call with me. Before the call you'll be given a short personality test as well. Durning this call, you and I will explore your personality test results and set your healthy relationship goals.


✔ Group Calls

When do we meet?

We meet once a week for 90-minute group coaching sessions.


Where do we meet?

I am currently meeting only on Zoom for all meetings. 


Can I book additional calls?

Most people don't need to book additional calls because they find that 90 minutes of group discussion is enough. If you need to book additional time, please direct message me here or email me at patternsofpossibility@gmail.com.


What if I can't make it one week?

That's not a problem. We will all understand. We'd still appreciate your participation. If you have a specific topic you'd like to have addressed, email me at patternsofpossibility@gmail.com or direct message me here.


Will meetings be recorded?

Yes. All members of the cohort will have access to the recording 24 hours after the meeting ends.


✔ During the Group Call

What is the first group coaching call like?

During the initial call, we'll do introductions and share what we hope to achieve by the end of the program. I'll share some expectations and answer any questions. It'll be a light, fun and easy get-to-know-you conversation.


What can I expect during with other coaching calls?

For 90 minutes, I ask that you bring an open mind and honesty to our conversation. 
Week over week, we'll discuss any combination of

  • what you observed in you and your social connections

  • how you'd like to change it

  • actions you took

  • results that you've noticed

You'll practice listening to others and validating their feelings.


What if I have an intense emotional experience that I need to share?

You will be provided a safe space where your feelings will be heard and validated. However, this isn't a venting session. Let's be mindful that there are others who would like to speak as well. And I wouldn't be doing my job as a coach if I didn't provide you with the insight and empowerment that you were paying me for.


✔ Group Engagement & Coursework

As a part of this 12-week program you will be assigned group engagement tasks & coursework.

What is the difference between group engagement tasks and coursework?

Group Engagement Tasks are created to practice connecting with others by engaging with your group. Based on what we discuss, I'll design an experiment to help empower you. You will also have access to a private group coaching discussion space to practice engaging with each other.

Coursework assignments are the weekly assignments created for everyone to in the coaching program. They convey the fundamentals of the program.


What if I can't complete an assignment?

I encourage you to do your best to complete assignments each week. However, if you're not able to complete one, please don't let that discourage you from joining the group call. We can have a conversation about the challenges that you've had. You will make the group better with your presence.


How do I know if this is right for me? 

  • You have uninteresting or uninspiring conversations with the people in your social circle

  • You are around people who don't enjoy the hobbies that you enjoy

  • You visit meetups and other events but you haven't found your tribe

  • You have trouble moving past small talk in conversations

  • You have said that you want people to "hangout" or "chill" with 

  • You feel uncomfortable talking about yourself to others

  • You are willing to dedicate at least 90 minutes a week to your growth


How do I get started? 

Let's start by applying for coaching. After your application is reviewed, we'll have a Friendly Conversation about your challenges, goals and how you envision your future friendships to determine if this program is right for you.
