Common questions

Are you a therapist?
No — and that's the point. Therapy focuses on processing the past. Coaching focuses on building the future. Many clients work with both at the same time — they complement each other well.

Do I need a formal diagnosis?
Not at all. Many people I work with are self-identified or still figuring it out. What matters is that you recognize yourself in the experience — not what's on paper.

Is this for me if I've already tried therapy?
Yes — especially if you've tried therapy. If you understand yourself better but still freeze in conversations or can't build the connections you want, coaching gives you the actionable steps therapy isn't designed to provide.

I want change but I'm exhausted. Will this be too much?
No. Coaching meets you where you are. We build with your energy, not against it. You'll never be pushed beyond what your nervous system can handle.

Do you take insurance?
No. Coaching isn't a clinical service so it isn't covered by insurance. Think of it like hiring a personal trainer — an investment in a specific outcome.
