What is The Connection Lab?
The Connection Lab is a 12-week coaching cohort for just 4 people at a time.
It’s small on purpose so you can slow down, feel safe, and build trust in your own pace and process.
Each week, you’ll join a live session with Coach Lee and your cohort to explore how you relate to others, what gets in the way, and what helps you feel grounded in connection.
This isn’t social skills training.
It’s guided practice for showing up as yourself and being met there.
What You'll Walk Away With:
🟦 A deeper understanding of your connection patterns and needs
🟦 Practical tools for expressing yourself clearly and calmly
🟦 New ways to navigate silence, tension, or rejection
🟦 A shift from second-guessing to self-trust in your relationships
🟦 A meaningful experience of being in community without pressure to perform

Each 75-minute Zoom session includes group reflection, coaching, and guided practice.

🟦 You’ve been craving relationships that don’t drain you
🟦 You’re ready to stop performing and start practicing presence
🟦 You want to explore connection in a space that honors your pace, your story, and your needs

You’ll still get personal attention without the pressure of being the only one in the spotlight.

How to Join The Connection Lab
The Connection Lab is intentionally small — just four people per cohort — so every member gets deep, personalized support.
Because of this, you can’t simply sign up. You’ll be invited.
Here’s how it works:
1. Join the Waitlist
Add your name to the interest list. This ensures you’ll be the first to hear when applications open for the next cohort.
2. Complete a Short Application
Once applications open, you’ll be asked a few thoughtful questions. I want to understand where you’re coming from, what you’re looking for, and what kind of support would be most meaningful for you.
3. Book a Conversation
If your application feels like a good fit, we’ll hop on a short call. This isn’t a sales pitch — it’s a genuine conversation to see if the group can serve you well and whether the timing is right.
4. Receive an Invitation to Join
If we both agree it’s a match, you’ll be invited to claim one of the four seats. If the cohort fills before your call, you’ll have priority access to the next one.
This is not a fit for everyone.
The Connection Lab is designed for late-diagnosed autistic adults who are ready to build mutual relationships without masking or burning out. If that resonates, I hope you’ll take the first step.
