If you’re a late-identified autistic adult, you’ve likely spent years trying to “do relationships right” without ever feeling like they truly fit.

This course was made with you in mind. In Supportive Connections, you’ll learn how to stop guessing and start understanding the invisible patterns that make or break your relationships.

Instead of masking or overthinking every interaction, you’ll walk away with tools to confidently set boundaries, recognize red flags, and connect with others in a way that honors who you really are.

This is for you if…

  • You find it hard to trust others, often fearing disappointment or betrayal.

  • You’re unsure about where to set boundaries or feel like others often take advantage of you.

  • Being vulnerable or sharing personal thoughts feels threatening, leading to surface-level connections.

  • You frequently put others’ needs above your own to avoid conflict or seek approval, only to feel resentful later.

  • You see conflict as a sign that something is wrong with the relationship rather than a chance to grow.

  • You feel disappointed when others don’t “complete” or “fix” you, as you may have expected.

  • It’s challenging to communicate your needs, leading to unmet expectations or misunderstandings.

  • You tend to withdraw or isolate when feeling vulnerable instead of reaching out for connection.

  • You struggle to recognize toxic behaviors, sometimes tolerating disrespect, manipulation, or control.
