Our guest speaker is Becca Block, PhD.

Becca is a researcher, educator, neuroaffirming executive function coach and founder of Spicy Brains.

She helped her clients navigate procrastination, motivation, time management, and follow-through using practical, strengths-based strategies.

With experience in higher education and nonprofit leadership, Becca brings research and real-world insight to her work.

She is neurodivergent herself and offers grounded guidance that helps people discover what works for them.

In her talk, “Fresh starts: Dropping the norms that don't work for you to make room for what does” attendees will learn how to spot the hidden norms they’ve been following without choosing.

They’ll be able to begin to identify what it feels like in their bodies/minds when something doesn't fit and create space for experimentation to discover what could work better instead.
