Our guest speaker is Sharon Ringier.

Sharon teaches why consistency creates results long before perfection ever does. She breaks down the myth of overnight success and shows how imperfect action builds trust, credibility, and real momentum.

Attendees will walk away ready to take intentional steps toward their vision instead of waiting to “feel ready.”

After her talk, you’ll choose one meaningful goal and take a small action toward it as soon as inspiration strikes.

Connect with her on LinkedIn.

Making Sense of Mixed Messages

About This Event

Making Sense of Mixed Messages is a 30-minute session designed to help you understand confusing or contradictory communication and respond with greater clarity and self-trust.

Coach Lee breaks down the key traits of a specific pattern, such as gaslighting or breadcrumbing, so you can recognize what’s happening and why it feels unsettling.

In the remaining time, you’ll work through simple scripts and practical strategies you can apply in real situations to reduce harm, set clearer boundaries, and respond in ways that feel steady and aligned.

TOPIC: Emotional Baiting

Emotional baiting can leave you feeling reactive, confused, or questioning your own boundaries. In this 30-minute session, we’ll explore three insights that help you recognize what is happening and respond with clarity:

  1. How emotional baiting develops when people use tone, timing, or vulnerability to pull reactions instead of having direct conversations.

  2. How this pattern affects your relationships by keeping you in emotional loops where you explain, defend, or overextend.

  3. How to stay grounded in yourself so you can disengage calmly and choose connection that feels steady instead of charged.

Join the conversation every Tuesday at 6pm CST.

📌You must be a member of the Patterns of Possibility community to attend.

TOPIC: Owning Your Differences

Feeling “different” can make you question where you fit and whether people will understand you. In this 30-minute session, we’ll explore three insights that help you see your uniqueness with more clarity and confidence:

  1. How the idea of being different forms when your interests, reactions, or pace never matched the people around you.

  2. How this belief shapes your relationships by making you hide parts of yourself or overthink how you come across.

  3. How to feel grounded in your uniqueness so your differences become a source of connection instead of worry.

TOPIC: When Authenticity is Hard

Authenticity and integrity help you feel aligned, but they can be hard to hold when you’re worried about how others will respond. In this 30-minute session, we’ll explore three core insights that make it easier to show up as your real self:

  1. How authenticity starts with inner honesty and recognizing what you truly want and need.

  2. How integrity guides your choices so your actions match your values, even under pressure.

  3. How to express yourself with clarity in a way that strengthens trust and deepens your relationships.

We’ll close with a short Q+A so you can get direct support for what you’re navigating.

Join the conversation every Tuesday at 6pm CST.

📌You must be a member of the Patterns of Possibility community to attend.

TOPIC: Overprocessing and Overwhelm

Exhaustion and burnout can make it hard to show up as the version of yourself you want to be. In this 30-minute session, we’ll look at three key insights that bring clarity to what’s draining you and how to rebuild your energy:

  1. How chronic overwhelm wears down your mind and body even when you think you’re “pushing through.”

  2. How burnout affects your relationships by making communication, boundaries, and connection feel harder.

  3. How to restore your energy with small, sustainable shifts that help you feel steadier and more grounded.

We’ll close with a short Q+A so you can get direct support for what you need right now.
