Structured Social Hour - January 2026

About This Event

Free group event for neurodivergent autistic, ADHD and AuDHD adults seeking safe, meaningful friendships.

If you want conversation that feels easier, safer, and more predictable, join us on the last Sundays of the month for the Structured Social Hour.

This is your place to practice connection with confidence and meet others who value meaningful conversation.

We know it can be difficult to know what to say so we practice structure that helps you show up as your real self.

What To Expect
→ Clear prompts so you always know where to begin
→ Gentle timing so you never feel stuck
→ Brief one on one conversations with meaningful topics

PLEASE NOTE: To keep the one-on-one format running smoothly, we can’t let people in after the first five minutes. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to arrive a little early.

Doors open 10 minutes before at 1:50pm CST.

📌 Connections deepens when we can both see and hear you. For that reason, cameras are required to be on to attend.
